ALLNET RJ45 security coupling, drop socket, PoE capable, up to 10Gbit in ABS housing.
With this coupling you can easily and effectively protect your valuable IT devices from damage. The two parts are fixed by magnetic contacts and come apart if the tensile load is too high. This prevents RJ45 sockets from being torn out and devices being destroyed due to carelessness. This security product from ALLNET was developed specifically for our hospitality customers and IT system houses. The standard specifications for the triggering force of RJ45 plugs and sockets according to IEC 60603-7 are higher than those of our release socket. This ensures that the connection between the two magnetic couplings always falls apart before damage to the device occurs. However, unintentional loosening of the magnetic connection is not possible.
You can continue to use the existing infrastructure because the connector supports all types of RJ45 connectors, from Cat5-Cat6a, PoE according to IEEE 802.3 af/at/bt (90Watt) and up to 10GBit.
