Shipping Costs & Delivery Terms
Industry-Electronics ships your order quickly and reliably – within Germany preferably with GLS, for time-critical shipments and deliveries to European and international destinations with DHL Express and FedEx International Priority.
The exact shipping costs are shown in the table below. For larger order quantities or high order values, shipping costs are often waived entirely – please feel free to contact us.
Your own carrier account number? If you have a contract with DHL, FedEx or a freight company, we are happy to ship using your account number – for a handling fee of EUR 5.– per shipment.
Self-collection is possible by prior telephone arrangement at our warehouse in Vörstetten (near Freiburg).

Usually 24–48 hours. The estimated delivery time is shown for each individual item.

We partially use reconditioned cartons in perfect condition – to conserve resources.
Transport Insurance
Every parcel is insured against damage and loss (0.5 % of the goods value). Please report any damage immediately to the carrier and have it confirmed. Self-insured customers can save these costs if we are notified in writing before dispatch.

⚠ No delivery to embargoed countries – Russia, Belarus and other countries subject to EU trade sanctions are excluded from shipping.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is EUR 50.– (net). For express shipping and reseller customers, a minimum order value of EUR 150.– applies.
If the minimum order value is not reached, we charge a small order surcharge of EUR 15.–. Background: packaging, picking and processing incur fixed costs even for small orders that cannot otherwise be covered.
⏰ Delivery Times
Stock items are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment receipt. The estimated delivery time is shown individually for each item.
Delivery time information is non-binding. For time-critical shipments we recommend DHL Express or FedEx – and ask you to contact us in advance.
Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are available on request – we will send you available items at cost price. Express delivery can usually be arranged at short notice; in exceptional cases same-day delivery is also possible.
♻ Fair Shipping Costs
We always charge the lowest possible shipping costs based on shipment weight. For high total weights we offer flat rates or deliver free of shipping charges. Our goal: transparent, fair terms with no hidden surcharges.
