Shipment costs for delivery to Cuba
We ship to Cuba from Germany under DAP (Delivered at Place, Incoterms 2020) when using our standard carriers GLS, DHL or FedEx. In addition to our shipping costs, customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival – these are charged by the local customs authorities, are payable by the recipient, and lie outside our control. As an export delivery, all shipments to Cuba are exempt from German VAT – you pay our net price only.
The shipping cost table below shows the rates for delivery to Cuba. For an exact weight-based quote, please use our shipping calculator. Shipping costs depend on the total weight of your order and may vary if the volume requires multiple parcels.
If you have your own carrier account with GLS, DHL, FedEx, UPS or a freight forwarder, we are happy to ship using your customer number for a small handling fee. In this case delivery is on FCA (Free Carrier, our warehouse in Vörstetten, Incoterms 2020) terms – we handle loading and export clearance; you bear transport costs and import obligations from carrier handover onward.
