The diagnosis:

As soon as the data carrier arrives at Ontrack Data-recovery, it will be checked in the laboratory. The check will tell which data and software can be rescued. After the diagnose is complete, the customer will receive a list of the rescueable data and an offer containing price and output of the data retrieval. Based on that, the customer can make furhter decision on the rescueing process.

The data retrievel itself:

As soon as the customer gives his acceptance, the engineers start with the data retrieval. The data carrier will be handled with the specially developed instruments, tools and methods of Ontrack Data-Recovery. In most cases, the data can be retrieved completely. The rescued data will be put on a backup-media and will be sent back to the customer.


24-hour emergency service

If the whole process shall take as little time as possible and if you have got the option to directly bring the data carrier to the laboratory, this service is the right one for you. The process will take round the clock immediately after the arrival of the media. You can bring your media 24/7.



NEW! Express service

The process will start immediately after arrival of the media within the common working hours (Mo-Sat. from 8.00 am to 6.30 am), but not before the arrival of the appointed fixed price.


Standard service

The process will start in order of the inbound charges within Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
