What information is collected?

If you place an order at Lieske Electronics, you provide us with personal information. We use this information to process your order / request. Your data will not be provided to third parties. Only the transport company, which carries out the shipment of the goods gets course the delivery address. When entering personal information, only the fields marked in red must be filled in, which is absolutely necessary to carry out an order. All other fields are optional!
We also collect statistical information about our website. We analyze this information to improve the quality of our website. This information includes the number of page impressions, from where our customers come and the search terms which were used. These statistics contain no personal information. No names, email addresses, etc.

Cookies

The operator of the site respectively the installed server software uses cookies. Cookies are text files, which receive login information and allowing automatic login in the system, thus enabling extended functionality (no password required). We use Google Analytics to analyze our website to determine problems or errors and to obtain information, where users come from how they found our page. We have no access to any personal data and we can't assign any information from Google Analytics to one person. We use the privacy function "IP masking" of Google Analytics to mask your IP address. We are instructed on an analytical service like Google Analytics to check the proper functioning of our store and to optimize it. According to the current discussions and the information provided in the agreements with Google for the use of Google Analytics we placed  the following notice.

Server log data (log files)

For technical reasons our Apache Server Software automatically collects and rises data which is transmitted by your browser:

- Operating System
- Browser type / version
- Referrer (URL of the page from which you have come to us.)
- IP address (spam protection, unambiguous assignment).
- Time of your visit

The data stored by the server can't (and will not) be assigned to any natural persons. The log data will be deleted after the end of the month after a statistical, anonymous evaluation. Please understand that server logs for security and protection of this website are strictly necessary.

How do we protect your information?

SSL-secured connection
Orders and customer data at Lieske electronics are transmitted via a secure SSL connection(Secure Socket Layer). Once your order has been received, we will send you an email with a confirmation of your order. The data in this email is not encrypted. Therefore, the acknowledgment will contain only information about the products ordered and the delivery information. Information about credit cards or tax numbers are not sent. We only send e-mails that have to do directly with your order, confirmations, between information and notification. A few days after the conclusion of the contract we'll send a review mail.

Right on information

You always have the right to receive information regarding your stored personal data, its origin and destination and the purpose of storage. Please send us an email via the contact information provided in the contact form. In order to obtain information about you, you have to identify yourself. This is neccessary because we can't just give out data to anyone.
