This communication module is part of the Modicon M580 range, a range of programmable automation controllers (PACs) and safety-related programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with integrated Ethernet. The BMENOC0301C module serves as an interface between the M580 PLC and other Ethernet network devices using the Modbus/TCP and EtherNet/IP communication protocols. Thanks to a conformal coating on the printed circuit board, this product can be used in harsh environments with a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C/-13°F to 140°F. This connection module is compatible with the entire range of M580 CPUs and must be installed on a BMEXBPxxx - Ethernet + X-Bus rack. The communication module occupies one slot in the rack.
