This CRA module is part of the Modicon X80 range, a common input/output offering for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. The input data is collected and passed to the remote I/O head adapter and the output modules are updated with the data received from the remote I/O head adapter. Thanks to a conformal coating on the circuit board, this product can be used in harsh environments with a temperature range of -25°C to +60°C/-13°F to 140°F. Modicon X80 modules provide a unified environment for the deployment of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing the costs of spare parts inventory, maintenance and training. This Ethernet Remote Input Output (RIO) Drop Adapter has 3 ports with Ethernet backplane. The housing provides IP20 protection for the electronics and an MTBF of 1,567,987 hours. Thanks to a conformal coating on the circuit board, this product can be used in harsh environments. This product complies with CE, UL, CSA, RCM and EAC standards and is certified for power generation, merchant marine, railway and hazardous area applications. This adapter is compatible with the BMXERT multifunction input module, BMXNOM Ethernet module, BMXEHC counter module, 0 to 1024 discrete channels, 0 to 256 analog channels, BMEAH HART module and PMESWT weighing module. The product must be installed in a module carrier and secured with 2 screws.
