CMC III sensors monitor the physical ambient conditions. Every sensor has a specific measuring or control task. Sensors starting with model numbers 7030... are equipped with a CAN bus interface and can be connected to Processing Unit III directly in the bus. Sensors starting with model numbers 7320... can be integrated into the bus using adaptor CAN bus sensor 7030.100.

The sensor has two digital inputs and one analogue input, which can be configured as required for the application in question.
The digital inputs can be configured as 2x floating monitoring contacts, 2x S0 bus inputs (energy measuring instruments) or 1x Wiegand interface (external access systems). The analogue input can be used as a 4 - 20 mA interface.
