Which DECT solution is suitable for large production halls?

For large industrial and production buildings, the Gigaset N870 IP PRO multi-cell system is recommended. It combines a central DECT manager with any number of base stations and supports seamless mobility (handover) across the entire site – up to 100 simultaneous calls possible.

Are Gigaset Pro phones compatible with existing PBX systems?

Yes. All Gigaset Pro devices support the open SIP standard and have been tested and approved with over 230 VoIP providers and common IP PBX systems (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Swyx and others). Replacement of existing telephone systems is not required.

How are Gigaset Pro devices managed centrally?

The Gigaset Device Management System (GDMS) allows all devices to be configured, provisioned and monitored via web. Firmware updates are rolled out centrally. Alternatively, auto-provisioning via DHCP/TR-069 or direct configuration via web interface is possible.
