| USB Device Servers (SX Series) The SX series connects USB devices (USB 2.0/3.0) to the network over Ethernet – printers, scanners, dongles, USB storage and instruments are provided transparently as local USB devices. Supports up to 4 USB ports, Windows/Mac/Linux drivers, management via web interface. | Print Servers & Network Printer Adapters Silex print servers connect USB or parallel printers to the network, enabling shared printer use without a dedicated PC. Compatible with all common print protocols (LPR, IPP, RAW), with Windows drivers and web management included. |

| How does a Silex USB device server work and which USB devices are supported? A Silex USB device server connects USB devices (printers, scanners, dongles, storage, instruments) to the network via Ethernet. Using the Silex client software (Windows/Mac/Linux), users can connect and disconnect USB devices over the network – the device appears locally as if directly attached. Most USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 devices are supported, except devices with hard real-time requirements such as webcams. |
