The OBO lightning protection system covers all protection zones per IEC 62305: external lightning protection (air terminations, down conductors, earth terminations), internal lightning protection (equipotential bonding) and surge protection for power, data and signal lines.

Are OBO products approved for hazardous areas (Ex zones)?
Yes, OBO offers ATEX-compliant installation products for explosive atmospheres. Conduit systems, cable glands and connection systems are available in appropriate Ex versions and carry the required explosion-proof certifications.
