8420 and 8430 series cold shrink insulation tubing is especially useful for electrical insulation on all solid dielectric (rubber or plastic) insulated wires and cable splices up to 1,000 V. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. They often provide good physical protection and environmental shielding on communication lines and other non-electrical applications (including cable jacket repairs). The temperature range is -40 °C to 90 °C.
