What is the EFB-Elektronik INFRALAN® system?
INFRALAN® is EFB-Elektronik's certified cabling system for structured IT building cabling. It consists of coordinated components for copper (up to Cat. 8.1) and fibre optic cabling, plus a system warranty granted when installation is performed and certified by an authorised EFB partner.
Does EFB-Elektronik manufacture its own cables?
Yes – EFB-Elektronik operates its own copper and fibre optic production facilities in Germany and Slovakia. This enables the manufacture of custom products to customer specifications and ensures consistent, high product quality across all product groups.
Which fibre optic types does EFB-Elektronik offer?
EFB-Elektronik offers the full fibre spectrum: singlemode OS1/OS2 for long-distance and campus backbone, plus multimode OM3, OM4 and OM5 for high-speed short-distance connections in data centres – in all common connector types (LC, SC, MPO/MTP).
