SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM 250 with integrated class A filter, energy recovery capability 3AC380-480V+10/-10% 47-63Hz High overload power: 7.5kW at 200% 3S, 150% 57S, 100% 240S, ambient temperature 0 to +50°C Low overload power: 11kW at 150% 3S, 110% 57S, 100% 240S, ambient temperature 0 to +40°C 334x 189x 185 (HxWxD), FSC protection class IP20 without Control Unit and BOP Power Module SINAMICS Power Module PM250 protection class IP20 for the modular frequency converter SINAMICS G120. The power modules are suitable for a wide range of applications in general mechanical engineering. Any braking energy that may occur is fed directly back into the network (four-quadrant applications - no brake chopper required). The PM250 Power Module contains a technology that is unique worldwide, the Efficient Infeed Technology. Thanks to the regenerative capability achieved with this, energy is fed back into the network in generator mode (electronic braking) and is not destroyed in a braking resistor, which saves space in the control cabinet. The complex design of the braking resistor and the associated wiring are therefore no longer necessary, and the heat generated in the control cabinet is reduced. The innovative circuit technology also ensures fewer harmonics in the network, and there is no need to use an optional mains choke at the mains input. This saves space and effort in project planning and procurement. The permissible cable lengths between the converter and the motor are limited. Output chokes can be connected to achieve longer cable lengths. The PM250 Power Module is also suitable for use in safety-related applications. In conjunction with a fail-safe control unit, the drive becomes a Safety Integrated Drive. The PM250 Power Modules are available in a three-phase voltage range between 380 V and 480 V and in frame sizes FSC to FSF. Frame sizes FSD to FSF are available both with and without an integrated Class A line filter. For frame size FSC with an integrated Class A line filter, an additional base filter is available to achieve Class B. The PM250 Power Modules with an integrated Class A line filter are suitable for connection to TN systems, while those without an integrated line filter are suitable for connection to grounded TN/TT and ungrounded IT systems. Shield plates and shield connection kits are available for EMC-compliant wiring of the Control Units and Power Modules. SINAMICS - simply my drive.
