Passive network isolator MED MI 1005 MB has been specially designed for wall mounting in a medical environment. It allows the electrical network separation for medical electrical equipment and systems directly from the wall.
Once securely mounted in the wall of the insulator is well protected by the casing. Accidental impact can be compensated and the network separator, and the connector of the network cable are undamaged. The network isolator MED MI 1005 MB provides an insulation resistance up to 5 kV, under stress conditions to 10 kV DC for 10 seconds. Together with Harting push-pull technology an absolutely secure connection.
An installation of drivers or additional software is not required with this insulator, since the network isolator MED MI 1005 MB completely transparent behaves in the data network.
