The PoE Pro recognizes the power class of the PoE source (supplier) and the power provided to the PoE device (consumer) - regardless of the cable length, cable quality and other factors. The PoE Pro detects switch data rates of 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G to test switch configurations and ensure the desired network rate at the location of the installed device.
