Warmschrumpfschläuche MDT-A ist eine mittelwandige Schrumpfschlauch-Reihe mit Heißschmelzkleber, das für zuverlässige Leistung bei elektrischen Spleißen, Verbindungen und Abschlüssen bis zu 1,0 kV sowie für mechanischen und Umweltschutz sorgt. MDT-A Schrumpfschläuche haben eine halogenfreie, vernetzte Polyolefin-Außenwand und eine werkseitig aufgebrachte Klebeschicht auf der Innenseite.
Bei dem Warmschrumpfschlauch MDT-A handelt es sich um einen halogenfreien, mittelwandigen Warmschrumpfschlauch aus strahlenvernetzten Polyolefin mit einer Schmelzkleberbeschichtung. Der Schmelzkleber dringt in alle Unebenheiten und Hohlräume ein und verhindert ein Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit. Der Warmschrumpfschlauch MDT-A eignet sich zur Isolierung von Kunststoff- und Massekabeln bis 0,6/1kV sowohl für die Verlegung in Freiluft und im Erdreich. Der alterungsbeständige Warmschrumpfschlauch ist UV-beständig und resistent gegen viele chemische Einflüsse. Er ist einsetzbar in einem Temperaturbereich von -55 °C bis +130 °C. Durch seine hohe Schrumpfrate von 4,5 zu eins können Sie große Durchmessersprünge mit nur einem Schlauch erfassen. Der Warmschrumpfschlauch MDT-A erfüllt technische Anforderungen nach IEC 60684 und ist zugelassen nach Lloyds Register of Shipping , Zertifikat 95/30032(E5). Er ist halogenfrei und RoHS-konform.
