For Intel LGA4677 platforms (Xeon W-3400/W-2400), the Cooler Master Hyper 622 Halo or MasterLiquid 360L Core are recommended – both with LGA4677 mounting bracket and suitable for TDP classes up to 350 W. For standard LGA1700 workstations (Xeon W-1300), the Hyper 212 Black or Hyper 620S are sufficient. |
| Are Cooler Master power supplies ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5.0 compatible? Yes – the current MWE Gold V2 series and MasterWatt Titanium series comply with the ATX 3.0 standard and provide the native 16-pin PCIe 5.0 (12VHPWR) connector for current NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. Transient load peaks are safely handled per ATX 3.0 specification (200% rated power for 100 ms). |
