The inputs are suitable for recording resistances and voltages from, for example, passive and active temperature sensors, electric ventilation and mixing flaps, valve positions, etc. The outputs are suitable as control variable transmitters for, for example, electric ventilation and mixing flaps, valve positions, etc. The inputs can be universally configured and the outputs set using standard registers via a Modbus master. The module address, bit rate and parity are set using two rotary switches or via software. The Modbus module has two integrated PID controllers that can be used for room control, among other things.
