Further information for BTR Metz MR AIO4/2 IP65 Modbus RTU - 11084213IP
The Modbus module in an IP65 housing with 4 individually configurable resistance or voltage inputs and 2 analog outputs was developed for decentralized tasks. The inputs are suitable for recording resistances and voltages from, for example, passive and active temperature sensors, electric ventilation and mixing flaps, valve positions, etc. The outputs are suitable as control variable transmitters for, for example, electric ventilation and mixing flaps, valve positions, etc. The inputs can be universally configured and the outputs set using standard registers via a Modbus master. The module address, bit rate and parity are set using two rotary switches or via software. The Modbus module has two integrated PID controllers that can be used for room control, among other things. The PID controller settings are made using the Modbus registers and can be found in the Modbus manual at www.metz-connect.com. When using the Modbus gateway MR-GW from METZ CONNECT, the settings can be made faster and more conveniently via the graphical interface of the built-in WEB server.
