The MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V module in an-IP 24 housing with 4 digital inputs and 2 relay outputs is suitable for receiving decentralized signaling contacts and controlling decentralized switching tasks. Window contacts or positions of ventilation flaps, etc. can be recorded as signaling contacts and motorized actuators or light strips, etc. can be controlled for switching tasks. Actuators with AMP connectors (AMP brand from TE Connectivity) can be connected directly to the MB-DIO4/2-IP 24 V. Depending on the operating mode, the module can be switched or queried with Modbus standard registers or with BACnet objects. The relay outputs are equipped with switches for manual control. The operating mode, bit rate and parity are set using two rotary switches. Operating mode, bit rate and parity can also be set via software.
