TBDA1 broadband driver amplifiers
The TBDA1 broadband driver amplifiers are versatile components that can be easily integrated into laboratory setups. With a frequency range of 40MHz to 3GHz and an output power of +22dBm at 1dB compression, they are ideal for amplifying the amplitude of low power RF sources or for driving power amplifier stages. The TBDA1 wideband amplifiers are available with 14dB or 28dB gain.
