This SSI encoder interface module is part of the Modicon X80 range, a common input/output offering for Modicon M340 and Modicon M580. This encoder interface module has 3 SSI channels. The Modicon X80 automation platform meets the requirements of TC treatment (all climate treatment) and can operate in a temperature range of 0°C to +60°C/32°F to 140°F. Modicon X80 modules provide a unified environment for the use of I/O modules in automation architectures by reducing the costs of spare parts inventory, maintenance and training. It is an encoder interface module with a nominal supply voltage of 24 V DC and a current consumption of 250 mA at 3.3 V DC. The housing provides IP20 protection for the electronics.
