The TZFS24VDC is a compact electromechanical safety switch with a locking function, designed to secure sliding, removable, and rotating protective guards. Operating on the closed-circuit principle, the locking mechanism releases in case of a power failure, ensuring safety during emergencies.

The housing is made of durable glass-fiber reinforced thermoplastic, providing excellent mechanical stability. The switch offers a locking force of 1,500 N in accordance with EN ISO 14119, ensuring that the protective guard remains securely closed under external forces. With IP65 and IP65 protection, the switch is resistant to dust and water, making it suitable for harsh industrial environments.

The TZFS24VDC features two safety contacts and one auxiliary contact, with positive-opening contacts ensuring reliable operation even in case of mechanical failure. The switch includes a manual release mechanism, operated by a triangular key (M3), which is included in the delivery.
