The ZQ 900-11 Rope Pull Emergency Stop Switch is a robust safety switch designed for use in industrial environments. It enables a reliable emergency stop function over a maximum rope length of 75 meters, making it ideal for securing long machine lines. The switch is certified according to EN ISO 13850, EN IEC 60947-5-1, and EN IEC 60947-5-5.
The housing is made of metal (zinc die-cast) with a painted finish, while the cover is made of thermoplastic. The switch has one safety contact and one auxiliary contact, both designed as snap-action switches. The mechanical lifespan is at least 1 million switching cycles.
The ZQ 900-11 supports a protection rating of IP65 IP65 and is suitable for a temperature range of -25 °C to +70 °C. The switch can be connected via a screw connection M20 x 1.5, with a wire cross-section of 0.75 mm² to 2.5 mm².
It is suitable for AC and DC applications, supporting 230 VAC / 4 A for AC-15 and 24 VDC / 1 A for DC-13.
