Radium Lampenwerk, founded in 1906 in Wipperfuerth (North Rhine-Westphalia), is one of Germany's most traditional lamp manufacturers. The company is now part of the Osram Group and specialises in the development and production of lamps for professional applications in commerce, industry, retail and public facilities.

The range includes LED retrofit lamps (E27, E14, GU10, G13), compact fluorescent lamps, high-pressure discharge lamps, halogen lamps and special lamps for UV, infrared and specific industrial applications. All products comply with current EU Ecodesign Regulations and are CE and RoHS certified. Which Radium LED lamps replace old T8 fluorescent tubes?

Radium offers G13 LED tubes as direct replacements for T8 fluorescent tubes in lengths of 600, 900, 1200 and 1500 mm. Tubes are available for magnetic ballast, electronic ballast and ballast-bypass operation – installers should verify luminaire compatibility beforehand.

Are Radium lamps dimmable?

Selected Radium LED types are approved for phase-cut or trailing-edge dimming. Dimmability is indicated per product. Contact us for expert guidance on selecting the right dimmable Radium lamp for your installation.

What colour temperatures does Radium offer for commercial lighting?

Radium lamps are available in the most common colour temperatures: warm white (2700 K), neutral white (4000 K) and daylight (6500 K). For production and inspection lighting, neutral white or daylight with a high CRI value (>80) is recommended.
