PLANET AVS-4210-24HP4X – Professional AV Switch with 24 PoE Ports and 10G Uplink

The PLANET AVS-4210-24HP4X is a Layer 2/4 Gigabit PoE+/PoE++ Ethernet switch built specifically for the Professional AV industry. It features 24 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports and 4 10G SFP+ uplinks, delivering high performance for AV-over-IP streaming, surveillance, audio distribution, and digital signage. Ports 1–8 support IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ up to 95W per port, while ports 9–24 deliver 802.3at PoE+ up to 32W – all powered by a robust 450-watt PoE budget.

AV-Centric Design for Professional Installations

With front-facing LED indicators and rear cable ports, the AVS-4210-24HP4X improves cable organization and aesthetic consistency within AV racks. Its fanless operation ensures silent performance – a key benefit for studios, control rooms, and meeting spaces.

Intuitive AV-over-IP Interface with Pre-loaded Profiles

Designed to simplify AV network deployment, this switch features a dual Web UI with a simplified Pro AV interface and standard switch UI. Preloaded support for Dante and NDI, along with IGMP/MLD snooping enabled by default, allows plug-and-play setup without requiring networking expertise.

Advanced Layer 2 Switching and Intelligent PoE Control

The switch supports robust L2 features including VLAN tagging, MSTP, ERPS, Link Aggregation, and Port Mirroring. Advanced PoE management with PD Alive Check allows for automatic reboot of unresponsive devices, ensuring uptime and reducing manual maintenance.
