Friedrich Lütze GmbH was founded in 1959 in Weinstadt, Baden-Württemberg, and has been developing and manufacturing cables, wiring systems and automation components for professional machine and plant building ever since. SUPERFLEX – Control Cabinet Wiring System The LÜTZE SUPERFLEX system enables solder-free, tool-free wiring in the control cabinet using pre-terminated cables (SUPERFLEX FRNC, SUPERFLEX PVC) and connection sleeves. Reduces wiring time by up to 50% compared to conventional terminal-strip wiring while simultaneously improving accuracy. Control Cables & Switching Cables Flexible and highly flexible control cables (PVC, FRNC/halogen-free, PUR) for the control cabinet interior and machine environments: LIYY, LIYCY (screened), H05VV-F, H07V-K wiring cables, and oil- and abrasive dust-resistant versions for machine tools and robotic systems.
WÜTOP Cable Management Ducts Slotted and unslotted cable management ducts in PVC and polyamide (halogen-free) in various sizes and profiles for organised control cabinet wiring. Compatible with standard DIN-rail systems; easy installation via plug or snap-fit connection. Relay Modules & DIN-Rail Power Supplies Plug-in relay modules and relay bases for DIN-rail mounting (24 VDC, 115/230 VAC), DIN-rail switching power supplies (SIEVERT series, 24 VDC / 5–40 W), and terminal blocks for control circuits – all compatible with existing PLC and control systems.

What is the LÜTZE SUPERFLEX wiring system and what is it suitable for? The SUPERFLEX system is a complete control cabinet wiring solution: cables with special crimp ends are plugged into SUPERFLEX connection sleeves without soldering or tools. The result: significantly shorter installation times, error-free assignment and easy disassembly for maintenance and modifications. Particularly suitable for control cabinet builders with high throughput and repetitive wiring tasks.
Which Lütze control cable is suitable for machine tool applications? For machine tools with lubricant and coolant exposure, we recommend Lütze cables with PUR sheathing (LÜTZE SUPERFLEX PUR) or oil- and abrasive dust-resistant versions. These are resistant to hydraulic oils, cooling lubricants and mechanical stress – durable even under frequent movement in cable carrier chains.
Which Lütze components are used for DIN-rail power supply in control cabinets? Lütze offers DIN-rail switched-mode power supplies in the SIEVERT series (24 VDC, power classes 5 W to 40 W) for compact voltage supply of PLC input cards, sensors and control components.
