What do the colour code digits mean for fluorescent lamps?
Three-digit code, e.g. 840: first digit × 10 = minimum CRI (8 = Ra 80+), last two digits × 100 = colour temperature in Kelvin (40 = 4000 K neutral white).
Magnetic or electronic ballast – what is the difference?
