The 6-port Fast Ethernet switch with 4 PoE ports from Intellinet Network Solutions is particularly suitable for IP camera installations thanks to its special features. A manual PoE extender mode - activated via a switch on the front panel - reduces the network speed and extends the PoE range up to 250 m, ideal for distant IP cameras and other PoE devices.
Save time and money with Power over Ethernet:
Three of the four PoE ports deliver data and power with up to 30 W each to IEEE 802.3at or IEEE 802.3af compatible PoE devices such as WLAN access points, VoIP phones and IP -Cameras. A high-power PoE port even delivers up to 60 W with a total PoE power budget of 65 watts. Connected end devices do not require any additional power supply, eliminating the time and costs of cabling. Fewer power cables and power supplies ensure a reduced, tidy look on ceilings and walls. Any combination of PoE and non-PoE devices is supported, and thanks to the short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection functions, your devices are reliably protected. For devices that are not 802.3at/af compliant (older WiFi access points or network cameras), we recommend using a PoE/PoE+ splitter from Intellinet Network Solutions.
