The Autotool 2000 CPK is characterized by its easy handling and user-friendly ergonomics. It has a display for settings and user information in 20 languages. A special feature of the Autotool 2000 CPK is the HT Data Management CPK software. This application enables the tool to be easily parameterized for your application conveniently via a computer. The software can be used to select numerous binding and cutting functions. For example, it is possible to set a defined loop diameter or a desired band overhang. The tension-free cutting function was developed specifically for binding on a very flexible bundle (e.g. on silicone cables). The HT Data Management CPK also offers an export function for the saved production data, as well as other service functions. This ensures complete documentation for each individual binding of the Autotool 2000 CPK. The Autotool 2000 CPK is ideal for processing large quantities, e.g. in cable assembly, in the automotive industry, in industrial plants or in the packaging sector. With the CPK assembly device or the CPK hanging device, the Autotool 2000 CPK is suitable for both stationary and flexible use. By using the optional CPK power supply unit with control box, the Autotool 2000 CPK can be integrated into fully automated production systems via a serial interface. Thanks to the removable handle, it takes up little installation space. Tape chains with 50 cable ties each or reels with 3,500 cable ties each can be processed.
