The core offering includes the ESTOS UCServer (formerly ProCall Enterprise), ESTOS ECSTA drivers for TAPI integration of more than 150 different telephone systems, and the ESTOS ProCall Client for the PC-side UC user interface.

Yes. ESTOS UCServer acts as a middleware bridge between existing SIP telephone systems and Microsoft Teams. Via Direct Routing, calls are routed between the existing PBX and Teams users – without a full migration to Teams Phone. This allows a hybrid UC infrastructure to be built incrementally while protecting existing investments.

Is ESTOS software GDPR compliant?

Yes. ESTOS software runs entirely on-premises on servers within the company's own network – no communication data is transferred to external clouds.
