This relay is not suitable for feedback with the switching voltage of a dimmer switch. Only use the relays ESR12DDX-UC, ESR12NP-230V+UC or ESR61NP-230V+UC for this purpose. The electronics do not have their own power supply and therefore do not consume any current in either contact position. The control current, which activates the microcontroller, only flows during the short control pulse of just 0.2 seconds. It reads the last switching state from its non-volatile memory, switches the bistable relay in the opposite direction accordingly and writes the new switching state back into the memory.
