1-day seminar Ekahau Connect Skills Upgrade including course certificate Contents: - New techniques in WLAN planning and analysis - Signal strength and signal-to-noise ratio vs. use of airtime and saturation of the air interface - Use of airtime and its influence on capacity planning - Improved channel distribution with regard to the WLAN used -Standards and their channel bandwidth - Effects of airtime fairness, channel bandwidth, MIMO and MU-MIMO on capacity planning - Optimization of WLAN bandwidth - Effects of legacy clients on WLAN bandwidth - Use of Eye-PA for packet analysis - Use of the Ekahau Sidekick for WLAN Measurement, spectrum analysis and packet capture - Use of the Ekahau Sidekick with Ekahau Connect - Use of the Ekahau Sidekick as a backup medium during surveys - Outlook Course requirements: Already completed ECSE / CSSE or ECRE certification, notebook with installed and valid Ekahau Connect license, Ekahau Sidekick Course objective: The aim of the seminar is to provide further training for IT administrators, technicians and planners who use the Ekahau Connect software suite to plan, measure and analyze WLAN networks. The course provides current knowledge and techniques on Ekahau Connect and the Ekahau Sidekick, as well as ways to improve the performance of WiFi networks through targeted airtime and packet analysis using EyePA. This is a refresher course and ends with the handover of the course certificate.
