What is the difference between line-interactive and online UPS?

Line-interactive UPS units correct voltage fluctuations without battery operation and are suitable for offices and SMEs. Online double-conversion UPS units continuously supply the load via the battery – for data centres and critical industrial processes with the highest requirements.

How long does a CyberPower UPS battery last?

Runtime depends on the load size and battery type. Standard lead-acid batteries have a service life of 3 to 5 years. CyberPower offers original replacement batteries and Extended Battery Modules (EBM) for simple runtime extension.

Do CyberPower UPS units support SNMP and network management?

Yes – many CyberPower UPS units offer an SNMP slot for optional network cards. The free PowerPanel Business Software enables centralised monitoring, automatic shutdown and email notifications for all UPS systems in the network.
