CyberPower PDU44005 supplies multiple connected devices in IT environments with power from a UPS system, a generator or the public power grid. Two power cables can be connected to separate power sources to provide redundancy for connected devices with just one cable. If the selected power source exceeds the desired limits or fails, the ATS-PDU automatically switches to the other power source to ensure continuous operation. The device supports remote control of individual outlets over the network, allowing administrators to turn connected devices on and off from any location.
The product is equipped with a hot-swappable Ethernet module that can work with the PowerPanel® power management software and power management web interface for real-time remote monitoring and configuration. The digital LCD display is also color configurable, allowing users to easily maintain and monitor the ATS PDU. Users can change the colors of the LCD display to easily categorize devices in server rooms and IT environments. Event logging via a web browser or network connection allows users to review the history of power conditions. When certain power events occur, automatic event notifications are sent via email, SMS or SNMP trap to specific users so they can take immediate action. The USB port also supports easy firmware updating. In addition, the RJ45 port allows you to connect the optional environmental sensor (ENVIROSENSOR), which provides real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity.
