The dual-channel digital oscilloscope OX 9062, like the entire SCOPIX IV series, boasts a comprehensive feature set in a compact form. The 12-bit A/D converter provides a vertical resolution of 0.025%. With advanced triggering, 20 automatic measurements per channel, and cursor measurement, detailed signal analysis is straightforward.The real-time FFT analysis for both waveforms and harmonic analysis helps identify distortions and noise sources quickly. The TRMS multimeter feature supports measurements up to 200 kHz and 8000 digits, covering amplitude, resistance, continuity, capacitance, frequency, and temperature.
The recorder and data logger mode allows for automatic signal recordings with timestamps. Screen copies and printouts are available in all modes.
