The OX 9062 is a portable, battery-powered digital oscilloscope from the SCOPIX IV series featuring 2 fully isolated channels up to 600 V and a 60 MHz bandwidth. Each channel supports 100 KPoints of memory for extensive signal recording.

Functionality:

The dual-channel digital oscilloscope OX 9062, like the entire SCOPIX IV series, boasts a comprehensive feature set in a compact form. The 12-bit A/D converter provides a vertical resolution of 0.025%. With advanced triggering, 20 automatic measurements per channel, and cursor measurement, detailed signal analysis is straightforward.
