Product Description:

The KVM Single/Dual-Head CATx Extender – DisplayPort allows for the secure placement of critical computer hardware in a protected environment while maintaining full desktop functionality for the user. This high-resolution DisplayPort KVM extender can extend video, USB 2.0, audio, and serial signals over a single CATx cable up to 150 meters, providing flexibility and security by separating the CPU from the user console.

The system supports a maximum resolution of 1920x1080 over 150 meters for a single monitor or 1920x1200 over 100 meters for dual monitors. High-resolution displays, such as the Mac Cinema Display (2560x1440) or screens up to 2560x1600, are also supported up to 100 meters. With USB 2.0 Hi-Speed support, storage devices, webcams, keyboards, mice, tablets, and touchscreens can be easily connected.

Thanks to uncompressed signal transmission, video and audio signals are transmitted losslessly. The extender supports both digital (S/PDIF) and analog audio in HD quality and features intelligent EDID management, which passes through monitor characteristics to the computer, ensuring optimal video quality. The extender is also plug-and-play, requiring no driver installation.
