Er wurde für den Einsatz mit AXIS F91-Haupteinheiten entwickelt und kann mit bis zu drei weiteren Sensoreinheiten kombiniert werden, um maximale Flexibilität zu erzielen. Er funktioniert auch unter anspruchsvollen Bedingungen zuverlässig und hat einen Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40 °C bis 60°C (-40 °F bis 140 °F). Er ist mit dem gleichen Zubehör kompatibel wie andere F21-Sensoren, um Beschaffung, Installation und Upgrades zu vereinfachen.
