ZCode-MZE Magnetic Coded Interlock – Maximum Tamper Protection with Magnetic and RFID Technology

The ZCode-MZE magnetic coded interlock is designed to provide maximum process security. By combining magnetic and RFID technology, the ZCode-MZE employs a dual-channel, diverse safety principle that makes tampering virtually impossible. Activation is only possible using the coded actuator included in the delivery, effectively preventing unauthorized manipulation.

The housing of the ZCode-MZE is made of robust stainless steel (316), making it highly resistant to chemicals, cleaning agents, and environmental influences. This makes the interlock ideal for use in hygiene-critical environments such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. It is resistant to Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) and Sterilization-in-Place (SIP) procedures. The IP69K protection class enables use in environments with high-pressure and hot water cleaning.

With a locking force of 600 to 1500 N (depending on the housing and size), the ZCode-MZE offers a reliable locking mechanism. The switching distances are a maximum of 1 mm for closing and 10 mm for opening. An LED indicator displays the current switching status.

The ZCode-MZE is certified according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN 62061, EN 60947-5-3, and other international standards. With a safety classification of PL e, Category 4, and SILCL 3, it meets the highest safety requirements and ensures the protection of people and machinery.
