Product Description:

The ZCode series safety switches operate using a contactless, coded magnetic system that provides a high switching distance and large tolerance for misalignment of the protective door. Activation is only possible with the included actuator, effectively preventing tampering. The current switching status is signaled via an integrated LED display.

The ZCode-CC is equipped with a slim housing made of red PES (polyester) and is ideal for use on misaligned protective doors, sliding safety grids, and protective covers. The housing offers IP67 and IP69K (with M12 connector) protection, ensuring dust and water resistance even under high-pressure cleaning. Thanks to its compact design, the ZCode-CC can also be mounted in confined spaces.

The ZCode-CC features 2 contactless safety outputs and 1 signaling output. It offers a maximum switching capacity of 200 mA at 24 V DC. Power is supplied via 24 V DC (+/- 10%) with a maximum power consumption of only 25 mA. The short response times of 4 ms (power-on) and 6 ms (power-off) enable fast and reliable switching. With its compact dimensions of 85 x 20 x 17 mm and a weight of 200 g, the ZCode-CC can be easily integrated into existing systems.
