The ZTK / ZTKE rope mounting system from ZANDER enables quick, simple, and precise installation and adjustment of cable-pull safety switches. This system offers a convenient solution where the rope is easily threaded through the holes of the ZTK and secured with an Allen screw. The fine adjustment of the rope tension is made directly on the switch, allowing the correct tension to be immediately visible on the switch's status indicator.
This system significantly reduces installation effort and allows for precise adjustment without the need for complex tools. A particular advantage is that the adjustment takes place directly on the switch, enabling immediate checking of the rope tension. The rope mounting system is available in two material options: galvanized steel or stainless steel (Type ZTKE) – the latter providing additional protection in corrosive environments or for applications with high hygiene requirements.
With a tensile strength of up to 1500 N, the system is suitable for demanding applications and ensures maximum safety. The compact dimensions of 190 to 248 mm in length and a diameter of 39 mm allow for easy integration into existing installations.
