TBMA2 biconical antenna
The TBMA2 is a biconical measuring antenna for EMC interference emission tests and for generating defined field strengths. With its affordable price, it is an excellent choice for any laboratory that performs pre-compliance testing in-house.
It is suitable for a frequency range of 30 MHz to 300 MHz and has a directional characteristic similar to that of a dipole antenna.
The TBMA2 comes with a POM mount with a ¼" threaded insert for mounting the antenna on standard tripods.
The TBMA2 radiator elements are constructed of stainless steel parts to avoid the disadvantages of contact degradation over time that occur with non-welded aluminum designs . The radiator elements are not welded, but are attached with grub screws, which allows for easy assembly/disassembly and makes the antenna easy to store and transport. The
