Tekbox TBL5016-1 / 50µH AC/DC LISN

The TBL5016-1 50µH LISN is suitable for detecting conducted interference from DC or AC devices. It was designed according to CISPR 16-1-2 and MIL-STD-461F standards and characterized in the frequency range from 9kHz to 100 MHz.
In addition to measuring conducted interference, LISNs are also used to determine a defined impedance for various standardized tests.
The LISN is a 50O/50µH+5 O single-line design with a high current jumper to short the 5 ohm resistor and configure it as a O/50µH LISN according to CISPR 16-1-2. The LISN is characterized up to 100 MHz, meaning that the LISN can be used for the combined range of 9 kHz to 100 MHz.
The LISN is inserted into the supply line of the device under test (Device Under Test). Conducted interference present at the test object's supply connections can be measured at the BNC socket with a spectrum analyzer or a measurement receiver. The source (supply) terminal and the DUT terminal are decoupled by a 50µH inductor. For DC or single-phase measurements, 2 pieces of the TBL5016-1 are usually required. The combination with the Tekbox LISN Mate enables the separate measurement of common mode and differential mode noise. For DUTs with 3-phase power supply, three or four pieces of TBL5016-1 are required depending on whether the DUT is configured as a delta or star configuration.
