For CAT cables, a rotary stripper (e.g. Jokari Rotary Stripper) or a cable knife with adjustable stop is recommended. A standard cutter risks damaging conductors and increases crosstalk — always use cable-appropriate tools.

Yes. For all common snap-off blade knives from Olfa and NT Cutter, replacement blades in 9 mm and 18 mm as well as hook form are available. Change blades at the first signs of blunting — dull blades increase force required and injury risk.
