Most common spare parts: ear cushions (leatherette, velour, foam), microphone booms, cables (QD, USB, RJ9) and headbands. For many high-quality headsets (Jabra BIZ series, EPOS IMPACT), the microphone boom is available as a spare part and can be swapped by simply pulling out and inserting (snap connection). For cheaper consumer headsets, the boom is often permanently bonded and not replaceable. Check the manufacturer's spare parts documentation. |
