SINAMICS Sinusfilter für Power Module FSD stand-alone 3AC 380-480V 61,8A Elektrischer Filter SINAMICS Sinusfilter für das Power Module PM 250 des modularenFrequenzumrichter SINAMICS G120. Sinusfilter begrenzen sowohl die Spannungssteilheit (du/dt) als auch die Spitzenspannungen an der Motorwicklung. Ähnlich einer Ausgangsdrossel ermöglichen sie den Anschluss von größeren Motorleitungslängen. Zusätzlich werden die Lagerströme deutlich reduziert. Daher ist es möglich, Standardmotoren mit Standardisolierung und ohne isolierte Lager an SINAMICS zu betreiben. Die Spannungsbelastung an der Motorwicklung liegt somit nahezu auf einem Niveau wie bei direktem Netzbetrieb. Durch die sehr geringen Spannungssteilheiten auf der Motorleitung wirkt der Sinusfilter auch positiv im Sinne der elektromagnetischen Verträglichkeit (EMV).Der Sinusfilter steht in einem dreiphasigen Spannungsbereich von 380 V bis 480 V in den Baugrößen FSC bis FSF zur Verfügung.
