Der integrierte Bypass ermöglicht die sehrkompakte Bauweise, spart Energie und sorgt für eine geringere Erwärmung im Schaltschrank. Intelligente Überwachungsfunktionen schützen den Sanftstarter vor Überhitzung und den Motor vor Überlast. Zudem können Sie den Strom während des Hochlaufs auf einen einstellbaren Maximalwert begrenzen. Die innovative Funktion Soft-Torque sorgt für einen schonenden Motorhochlauf. Mit dem integrierten Fern-Reset können Sie Störungen schnell und einfach aus der Ferne beheben. Weltweite Zulassungen (z.B. IEC und UL/CSA) auch für explosionsgefährdete Applikationen (ATEX bzw. IEC Ex).Verfügbar sind die Basic Performance Sanftstarter 3RW50 für Netze bis 600 V in einem Leistungsbereich bis 315 kW mit 24 V oder 110-250 V Steuerspeisespannungen und durchgängig mit Schraub- und Federzuganschluss. Für Analogausgang und Thermistormotorschutz sind unterschiedliche Gerätevarianten verfügbar.Optionale Kommunikationsmodule ermöglichen den Anschluss über PROFINET, PROFIBUS und Modbus TCP. Für den Einbau in die Schaltschranktür stehen verschiedene HMI-Module zur Verfügung.Die Sanftstarter 3RW50 lösen die bewährte Baureihe 3RW40 (Baugröße S6 bis S12) ab.Sanftstarter SIRIUS 3RW5 - So flexibel wie deine Aufgabe.
