Halbleiterschütz 3-polig 3RF34 AC-1 45 A 40 °C 48-600 V / DC 4-30 V / 2-polig gesteuert / Schraubanschluss / Sperrspannung 1200 V Halbleiterschütz SIRIUS 3RF34 zum Schalten von ohmschen/induktiven Lasten, z. B. von Heizkörpern oder Ventilen in einer Abfüllanlage. Sie schalten verschleißfrei und lautlos und sind daher ideal für geräuschsensible Bereiche (Büros, Krankenhäuser). Sie sind auch bei hohen Schaltfrequenzen äußerst zuverlässig. Da der Kühlkörper bereits integriert ist, können sie direkt im Schaltschrank eingesetzt werden. Die kompakte Bauweise spart Platz auf der Hutschiene. Die Geräte sind weltweit zugelassen (z.B. IEC und cULus). Die neue Generation 3RF3 der Halbleiterschütze ist noch effizienter als die Vorgänger 3RF2 bei gleichzeitig kleinerer Bauform. Die Halbleiterschütze sind als 1-polige oder 3-polige Geräte verfügbar. Sie sind für verschiedene Leistungen und Bemessungsbetriebsspannungen erhältlich. Ausgelegt für AC- oder DC-Betätigung stehen sie mit Schraub-, Federzug- oder Ringkabelschuhanschluss zur Verfügung.
